A monthly meeting of the JTBCC in which we recruited additional members in order to reach quorum. The first order of business was a vote to change the quorum. We were joined by new members, nominated board members, and surprisingly our recently returned South American Field Agent. The main items discussed and voted on were our partnership with Trunk Show, the future of Reading Group, and the announcement of S.A.C.K. via the company's philanthropic arm the Joint Trust for a Beneficent Creative Culture. The meeting concluded with the approval of purchase of art from Meg Nafziger for S.A.C.K.
